Scope of Work & Planning
We developed a creative launch project for Opera’s mindfulness-focused browser Opera Air, introducing its new cat character and aiming to engage new users. Leveraging Istanbul’s iconic street-cat culture, we created the “Cat District”concept and produced Opera-branded cat houses with QR codes directing users to download the browser. Our scope covered idea development, production management, stakeholder coordination, and full project execution.
Partnership & Donation Management
In collaboration with Sarıyer Municipality and Haçiko, we led the production, placement, and donation processes of the cat houses. All approvals, logistics, and communication were managed end-to-end by our team, strengthening the project’s community-focused narrative.
Media, Influencer & Social Visibility
Launched on October 16, World Animal Day, the project gained visibility through targeted media collaborations and influencer outreach. Popular accounts shared the “Kedi Mahallesi” announcement, while personalized letters sent to influencers helped amplify awareness. All influencer and media selections, communication, and coordination were handled by our agency.
On-Site Operations & Execution
We oversaw the entire operational workflow production follow-up, delivery coordination, installation, and partner communication ensuring a smooth and impactful execution from concept to completion.
