Scope of Work

We developed and managed the full communication strategy for the Wyden & Garanti Bankası partnership in Turkey. Our objective was to enhance Wyden’s visibility in the Turkish financial sector, strengthen its positioning, and support its market entry following the collaboration announcement.

Media Relations & Press Communication

Our team prepared and localized the official partnership announcement, coordinated interviews with leading finance and technology journalists, and distributed press materials to top-tier media outlets. We ensured consistent messaging across publications and monitored coverage to maintain the correct narrative around the partnership.

Stakeholder Communication Management

Beyond media visibility, we handled Wyden’s communication with strategic stakeholders in Turkey’s financial ecosystem, including banks, fintech associations, innovation leads, and regulatory-adjacent organizations. We managed first-contact communication, shaped positioning messages, and helped Wyden navigate local expectations and relationship-building processes.

B2B Meeting Campaign

To support Wyden’s business development goals, we executed a targeted B2B meeting campaign—identifying priority banking institutions and mapping key decision makers across digital banking, IT, innovation, and strategy departments. We secured and organized meetings between Wyden leadership and these executives, enabling direct dialogue and expanding Wyden’s potential partnership pipeline in the Turkish market.
